Is there a segemega drive emulator out there for the gamecube?

    I no that some n64, and some nes games can be streamed to the cube because some woderfull people used the bonus discs nintendo gave out to make the emulators, and i no of a some .gba files change to stream throught the cube but what i want to no is why there hasnt been a segamega drive emulator. There was after all that game that had a whole bunch of the old sonic games on it form the sega, is it not possible to rip an emulator from that disc?

    Genesis Plus was ported to GameCube, however the sound from when I played it was WAY off. The YM emulation sucked. The Sonic Mega Collection genesis emulator could easily be ripped, unfortunately unless you have the official GC SDK then you won't be able to compress your roms to the *.arc files.
