is there a way to change username

    im asking if there is a way to change my username because back in 2005 when i joined i had an xbox and thought it was the best thing in the world.now i use my pc and a ps2 upgrading to ps3 soon hopefully.dont really care about xbox's anymore.if the answers no can i start a new account with my current email address.
