    Hi there

I am trying to burn an avi file I have to VCD. It is approx 650 MB, however when I use Nero to burn it, it wont fit on one 700 MB disc (of course I figure this is the size after formatting it for vcd. I am willing to have it on two discs, but nero wont do that for me of course. Is there an easy way to split this into 2 so I can burn it?

    Thanks

    Dyl

VirtualDub which is a very good avi editor
    or
avisplitter which is a very simple, basic splitter

Ok I have now downloaded Virtualdub, and it seems good.... unfortunately I do not have very much experience using AVI editing tools. I am having trouble just simply splitting the current avi file into two seperate avi files. Any tips?

    Thanks
