goto "select a product" & select "motherboards", goto "select a model" & select "AK77 Pro(A)-133", goto "catagories" & select "bios" & you'll see what i had posted before

ScubaBud has provided the best info...running 24/7 is never a problem, if there is nothing else wrong. Look first at what is trying to load at startup...it may not be hardware.

my pc been running pretty much 24/7 for the last year or so with no real problems. ofcourse theres the odd reboot needed every few days for whatever reasons but it wont harm the pc aslong as you have proper cooling.

dont forget the firewall though :)

Turning it on & off is no good, the constant heat changes (resulting in the expansion & contraction of your components, esp your MOBO tracks & laminates) will, in the long run, only cause potential harm to your PC. Once mine is booted up, she stays on, until I got to bed.

    Usually at 2AM!

Not only that, the elastic band on my processor & HD need to run at a constant temp & velocity. Otherwise it will go twang! They are quite tricky to change too.

The elastic band tensioner was modelled on the cambelt tensioner found on the Ford 2.0l Pinto engine.

ddp, I was unaware that I attracted feedback.

    Is that good or bad?

One day, I hope the love of a good woman. Although that will never happen whilst sat on my sofa tapping on my keyboard.

    Staring at my 19" monitor.

That was not a euphemism, BTW!
