Hey is there a way that you can edit video's like picture as in cutting out someone's head in a video or making it invisible so it seems like a ghost or at least edit some part of the video with the video still playing. I want to replace something in a video and want to know if that's possible.

What format is it in? If it's avi you can use VirtualDub to get the kinds of effects you're wanting.

It's in WMV but I can convert it into AVI. How would I do it in VirtualDub?

Open your avi in VDub, then go to Video>Filters>Add. You've a range of filters to experiment with - and more to download on the internet.

I haven't come across one like that in VDub (which isn't to say it doesn't exist)- but there are a number of (free) filters available for VDub from different sites. There is a filter (I think it's Logoaway) that would let you obscure someone's head, but I'm not sure about replacing it with another. Here are two sites with a good selection of filters: http://www.thedeemon.com/VirtualDubFilters/
