Use Nero 6 and saved dvd as ISO. The file is now to big to write to a DVD 4.7. What should i do?

Use a program called Daemon Tools and mount the iso as a virtual drive. I would use CloneDVD2 to then copy the mounted image to a DVD5 (CloneDVD2 automatically compresses the video to fit on the disc)

You probably don't need the intermediate step using Daemon Tools. CloneDVD2 accepts ISO files.
As mentioned above, CloneDVD2 will shrink to fit a single DVD5.
