jack the grabber

    hi i was wondering if any one could help ive just ripped a movie from a nokia dbox using jack the grabber the resultiing files are in the mpv and mp2 format. m i correct in assuning that one is audio and one video ? and if so does anyone have any information on jow i can convert these files to dvd ?

    any help in the form of urls or advice would be appreciated

    Strange. I've often hear of M1V nd M2V but seldom of MPV. What happens if you simply rename MPV to M1V?
    Try to load the files with TMPGenc: the renamed MPV=M1V as 'video input'; the MP2 file as 'audio input'.
    This test can be done easily; the only drawback is that TMPGenc free only loads MPEG-1 files and not MPEG-2 files (but the trial version of TMPGenc Plus, which loads MPEG-2 files, works for 30 days. Do this test also with it to understand if MPV is = M1V or M2V!)
