Hi Everyone.. So let me start off with....Hi my name's Kali and I'm a cheap bastard... Ok that being said, my son just got an ipod touch here in Canada. I'm assuming it's a 3rd gen...but i might be wrong. so I'm trying to Jail break it, but I have from what I understand a couple problems. 1. It's running OS 4.0(8A293) 2. It's a MC Model (MC086C) From what I understand jailbreakme.com is the ticket but every time I go there and do the slide it just takes me back to the main screen and nothing happens. Is there something I am missing or am I just so old that I've outlived my usefulness. Thanks for the help in advance. Cheers, Kali
Hi Kali, Don't know if this helps,But when i tried jailbreakme.com on 3.3 i think the firmware was it kept returning to the main screen,However after i updated to 4.0 it worked like a charm,I have heard a few people had to keep trying,Straight after it boots you back to main screen try again a couple of times. Hope this is of some help.
