java games too big or not full screen

If I have a game that is in a larger resolution than my phone (c650) can I convert it down to a size that will fit?

Also, I have found games 128x128 that fit my phone but do not play in full screen. There is still a very bar at the top showing me my reception and my battery life. This pushes the game just low enough to make it unplayable. Any suggestions with this?

I tried using fulljava to convert the resolutions, that didn't work.

i dont think u can convert it, or resize it...

 

If that is the case, where can I get java apps that work with the c650? I find it hard to believe that this phone is incapable of displaying 128x128 games becuase of a tiny bar at the top. There must be a setting for this.

been working on that, still no solution :-(
