Well it looks like I have now resolved this issue!

I was using DivXtoDVD and yesterday dumped this in favour of ConvertX, burnt two DVD's yesterday and both passed the TV test!

I am now moving on to burn the DivX's that have been piling up while I tried to resolve this issue.....hopefully the reults will all be the same!
