    I would use DVD Santa or Vso DivxToDVD to convert the avi files to dvd format. Then use the re-author function in DVD Shrink to join the two

    For joining movies, I use the 'movie joiner' from this mob http://www.movietoolbox.com/..
    the program is FREE, and it covers quite a few different formats..

    DVD Santa is also free to try but will give you a watermark on the video unless you buy it

    ok thnx guys alot i got the movie joiner and dvixtodvd working.

    1 Question: Which one will be better quality?
    like is there anyway i can preview the Video_ts and Audio_ts before i burn it onto a dvd? cause i wanna know if the movie joiner gave it better quality or the re-authoring did?

    @zabijecie
    Let me make this really really easy for you :)

    See the link in my signature?
    Click on that and go to the guide called "Convert AVI to DVD" the guide even shows me joining two movies together and everything you need is there..

    Good Luck :)

    no i used vso divxtodvd and made one video_ts file, and used movie joiner to make 1 avi file, the avi file looks ok but i dont know how to view the video_ts before i burn it onto the dvd. PS whats difference between an iso image and an IFO file??? can dvd still play both?
