It seems like a r4igold 3ds from r4ids.cn.What's wrong with it? Heard about some good feed backs about this site, how about contacting their customer service
most likely it isn't loaded with the latest firmware you need a ds and the latest firmware to update it first then it will work on the 3ds xl but you cannot update it by the 3ds xl it wont work when you first get your card.
you can but there is only one functional one right now which is lameboy ds and it only plays gbc and gb no gba emulator yet thats functional that is there is one but it wont load very many games called gba exploder but it sucks right now as the only game it runs is tony hawks pro skater.
