    I currently have a SV4 live in manchester, Sorry to be apain guys, can you please let me know if i can use the Kryptview box on a virgin connection as iam doing with the SV4

    you can yes, but you also need a broadband connection for the a780 aswell

    been looking inmenu for the auto update so i can switch it off but cant find it anyone know how i find it

    what happens when you switch that off? mine has lost all channels a few times. would that be becoz its auto updating itself?

    im not losing channels i want to switch it off so when i turn box off and then turn it back on next day it dont update adult channels after i deleted them

    i would rather keep them off altogether if possible if there is a way

    Do you ever read the manual you got with the box only thing you are short of on here is us watching the box with you.


    menu >> system settings >> other settings >>> power search mode turn this off thats it

    but remember if the freq shift during the night ect the box will not update the freq
