    can anyone help updated my box last week16/11/11 and thought afterwards i would rescan and see if i can get sly atlantic it didnt work i didnt get it but ive now lost all my fave channels sly1,sports1/sports news/lfc tv/and many more.ive tried rescan after rescan with varying results, is this something that can be sorted or am i destind to do without forever,my v,m status sez everything is a ok please help i havent got much hair left to pull out and the games on this afternoon

    factory reset 0000 to delete autoscan your provider and choose correct net id,have lan removed and insert when finished scanning,you may have to power off at rear for 30 secs then on ,box,modem and router.

    always scan from a direct feed.

    hi guys,
    did not want to start a another topic but i would like to take my kv box upstairs what are my options ,can use some sort of connector and extend the n*l cable upstairs?? any advise appreciated

    didnt make any difference dude,when doing the tp scan i only get about 48 fequencys found which converts to about 200 channels and its mostly crap all the good channels arnt there

    mine is un watchable at the moment keeps glitching like crazy
    haven't updated with new sofware thouh not yet!!

    eureeka///been scanning for days and finally im back to where i was/well its better than what ive been getting lately ,,,seems to be pot luck with scanning,the nearest channel id isnt always the best i live near chester and i got more channels from sheffield than i did from all other local ones ie knowlsely livpool preston mad really because on many other occasions ive scanned sheffield and only got crap ,,i guess the morale is just keep scanning till u get what u want and try other channel id`s as the closest isnt always the best

    I've been looking but cant find a download link

    I checked the links at the bottom of e45's messages but i cant find it.. probably blind!
