    any chance you have details on dublin dealer cathaldub? I think fergus might be offline until tonight and wouldn't mind trying to make contact today with the dealer if possible.

    you have to select the same com port that is set on the computer

    When you start the program, have the box turned off at the little switch on the back, then when you click on start, count to 2 and then turn the switch on

    what one is that do you mean is it the comm port that is selected already when you open the loader?its com1 when i open it.but im ''downloading not requested''

    open control panel.then system then device manager.then on the list that opens go down to ports(com&lpt)click that and your cable should come up.should say what come its on beside it.if not click into it.now when the new box opens click the port setting tab.then click advanced and see what com port number it is.then open up your loader.click download and change the port to whatever the other one said.
