ok what i suggest to you to do is take the box off the cable fully then do a new factory default on it then switch it off at the back switch then turn it back on then connect it to the cable again when you are scanning make sure there is nothing else on the cable

also top box provider >>> n** or Cho*** next box under that

leave that set at>>>>>>> NETWORK and only press the green button then NOTHING ELSE

let me know how you get on

Okay fergusrb, I tried all that and its still the same. It skips the step where you select the Network ID (N** Dub Legacy) so it runs with the default TPs which returns no channels.
I reckon I will send it back. Thanks again fergus.
Any further ideas would be appreciated.

i dont think there will be a problem with it if the box is faulty just send them a mail and tell them what your problem is and should not be a problem

what box is it and if you are referring to numbers forget about it

take the freq from your old box and add them to your arnet and you cannot put them into boxes in ireland any more

    Fergus,

Quick stupid question. I'm on N*L Dublin and have had my A750 up and running for over a week now, all with your help so thanks. The question is should I have the PAL/NTSC setting on PAL or NTSC? I've tried both and honestly can't see that much of a difference!!

One other thing. Is there a recommended "best settings list" for the optional system settings etc?

    Cheers,

    Ben

just got my kryptview and downloaded software. Question is when connecting it tothe telly does the n*l input cable go into the Rf in on the back of the box.

yes it goes into the top connector on the box and scart lead from box to the tv then if you go back a bit you will see the connector you need if you did not get one with the box
