KRYPTVIEW A750

thats your provider service, ya cant fix that

 

hi all, just wondering if anyone can help? i just got a new a750 and trying to download the software. it comes up as software downloaded but othing is transferring to the box. when the light starts moving on the box to show its downloading the program it just freezes and nothing else happens. just wondering is this a fault on the box?

Scanning for channels.

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ARE SCANNING NO SPLITTERS ARE CONNECTED

Auto Scan…. and at network [ok] put your provider in leave the channel search type alone set at network.

Press the green start search button… if you are on Virgin select N** or what ever provider you are using after that is should bring up a list

If you are on NTL Dublin select legacy top item on the list

You just need to be patient then and wait till the scan has completed then press the exit button and that it job done

ive flashed my box 4 times succesfully but cant get any channels im stuck in the menu screen ,everytime i do an auto search already exist comes up 7 times on the tp list but doesnt find channels is it a boggy box or wat, can anyone help tnx

 

factory default the box, then follow the advice above.

if you are on mmds you will manually need to input the freq.

 

i did a factory reset loads of times still nothing, how do i get the manual channel frequencies

 

what are you on MMDS or plain cable,who is your provider ?

 

im with ntl in dublin its just not finding any channels keeps saying failed wen i try a manual search

there is no legacy selection to choose from that could be the problem

 

that is because you are scanning on all an not network

 

i am scanning on ntl and network

 

take me step by step what your doing, dont leave anything out, and ill try to see where your going wrong.

 

i think it might be a tuner problem with the box, ok the box is flashed so thats ok then im going to auto search it gives me a list of 2 things to do choose my network which is set to ntl, then choose my channel search type which is set to network, i press start search and already excist comes up 7 times then it just says complete and returns me to the installation screen
