well if your quality is that low you wont get them you signal and quality should be the same sounds like
    1 no providers box
    2 bad cabling
    3 bad signal

do you have a providers box ?? if so is it connected ??

What is the answer too mine though? And my providers box is working and switched on upstairs.[/quote]

I think it is most probably a server issue, I am missing them 2 channels (NTL Teesside),
they will probably start working at some stage.

I am on Teesside and have all them channels apart from ITV+1, may be try doing a S\W update to latest firmware if you have not already, and do a factory reset of your box.

Did you try a factory reset, if it does not help, it may well be a cabling issue. Mine is 427.00 Signal 88 Quality 72 03/01/2011 firmware. possibly try the box with the providers box cabling if that's possible.

do you have the correct Net Id for your area when scanning ??

after you have scanned does the box go straight back to auto scan again ??

or is it just missing them channels ??

Take a look in menu on prov box. Check your prov is N*L & NET-ID is 00010. If these are correct
it would seem to be server issue or bad cable connection

Hi guys.....I read on another Site that it has something to do with a Sky update, that has taken the fta channels off all HD boxes. It said somewhere else that you'll only have the fta channels if your paying a sub..

Not sure how true it is,or if it has anything to do with the problems here....
