Virgin media status page shows no problems. Didnt loose my channels but did loose my Virgin-ity today. I am no longer a SKY virgin. >;O)
It should be the first port of call, to eliminate a localized issue and then check the usual suspects, cables, internet etc
service status was fine here. but very glitchy today all channels, i know you mentioned that bit of kit in another thread but this is worse than it has been for a while. but could still be vm i suppose. when i looked at thread MIKAH hadnt posted, but yes all above checked before hand, and as someone said many moons ago vm could have fault but not yet showing in service status. so i will now shut up and wait n see
