well have a look around and see what boxes are complained about the most that will give you an indication of which is the best box

kryptview have the better supported box

Top Man !! Thanks for that - gives me two simple solutions; nice one !!
PS Whenever I need to scart out I do use a demodulater to convert there and then to RF and avoid having another devive
    Happy Days
    Thanks agin

try without the demodulator first and see what happens but it should work direct from the loop out to feed another tv

Yep - I will do that and leave the demod in situ next to the V cable box
    Best of both world's there....
Get all the vee plus stuff around the house via demod and 8 way spliter AND
the Krypt piped wherever via the loop out
Still gotta source the box but like all things I hate to go in without first knowing it inside out and back to front
Hope to get it sorted while LFC are still in the Premiership :--\

Thanks again - you have tidied up ALL the loose ends for me and the images were xcllnt

    Cheers again

you will have to use the rf in for the cable going into the box also make sure you have a good signal ie 75/80% you will need so you wont have problems ok

Yep - I assume the connection in is the same as my extinct Evox
I do get a good cable signal and the Krypt box will be close to the router - so I should be sorted on all the connectivity; and the RF out never causes a problem
Although I haven't sorted mine out yet, I did set up a Sview box for my M8 last week; while I am currently still watching football via net streaming, which now is almost as good as the old analogue TV
Hence my lack of urgency while I was deciding what flavour of new box to go for (which I have now decided)
    Thanks again

No worries - already scrapped the idea of SV after picking up your pointers earlier in week and then doing the leg work on the Forums (your input included!)
As my Mum always said - a nod's as good as........

However - might be better buying one of the guy in the pub last night standing near me who has a mate who can supply a box you just plug in to the cable supply and it will get everything; sport, movies the lot
And here was me thinking that N3 hadn't been cracked
    Bet someone buys one

Gonna take an aspirin and have a rest !!!!!

    Laterz
