Kryptview Channels back post

CS servers got raided and taken offline, from what I've read in other posts. Starview is dead and probably won't return unless N3 is "properly" broken.

KV is still working fine, I just got mine delivered today.

 

hi there has anyones kryptview box gone down,mines bein sayin scrambled since this morning,any help would be glady appreciated

 

did you check the VM webpage? there has been an outage and they are coming back on all over, turn the box off and the router and turn back on, but they are filtering through

 

ok thanks for the info mikah,so its a outage problem? i have tried turnin box off and router but still no luck at the present time so i pressume it will filter through soon i hope.

 

yip VM fault, not Krypt, they are coming back on area by area, so sit tight and try the above a few times

 

Kryptview HD are those boxes still on way out ? Any ideas on how much there gonna be ?

 

havent even announced a release date for em, still a long while off by the sounds of it

 

Hi my krpytview box has not been working for a week, just downloaded the latest firmware from Jan 2011 and did a scan it finds the channels but they are all scrambled except for On Demand Previews, Im in the east midlands, are the servers dead ? Anyone who knows what the problem might be let please post,

Hi,thanks for that ive load it on now its sayin not connected i,ll keep tryin ive turn on ustream 1819 lol thanks again

 

no 1 get a usb stick what to save things on surely you will have 1
no 2 download and save firmware on usb
no 3 factory default box
no 4 put firmware on by accessing the usb by going into box menu, utility usb select the firmware updater
no 5 before scan make sure box is on u stream menu options network
no 6 when scan is done put on b4u movies type in the remote 1819 should be working.

good evening to you all,can anyone tell me why the kryptview boxes are not working please ,i have just got back from holiday and my box just says scrambled bad channel,any info would be greatly appreciated,i hope i am in the right forum as well?

 

Krypt service is off at present, hopefully back on soon

 

thanks mikah ,much appreciated, so now we have no krypt or starview? i got both boxes ,i dont suppose the starviews are on either? just wana say u guys do a fab job helping out us poor sods cheers

 

SV is on, but not a full service, so use the above, flash the box and enjoy, Krypt is offline for the mo, so hopefully be back on soon

 

Thanks for your update Mikah, I heard that the main man who was from Leicester got caught and now the servers have been shut down permanently, do you know if is this rumor true?

 

Yep 100% true i suggest you buy a Sv7 sure the krypt was crap anyway, the picture quality was gray and dull, whereas the Sv one is crisp and sharp, the whole Krypt box is outdated the epg is crap, and the menu is very hard to get to grips with.
