Kryptview down?

yip, got sly shorts 1 so im happy. only got kryptview for the football. hope the rest fixed soon but. Mickah, thanks for trying to help me earlier in the thread but I think I might just have been in the first area down. Hopefully it'll all be better when they fix the fault. If not I'll be back in touch when this is all over.

 

no worries, its a VM fault so will come back slowly

 

KV down again on 03/03/11 at around 4.00pm. I did see a virgin van up my street. but on virgin website there are no probs in my area.

 

i ve lost sports1 and 3 but have 2 whats going on??

 

Channels dropping like mad and returning randomly. Seems to be a continuation of the problems of the last couple of days.

Lost Discovery channels just now, lost the old UKTV channels earlier (Dave, Watch etc). Sports are still fine, thankfully.

heres a brief list of whats missing:
ITV1 +1
ITV 3
Sky 2
Watch +1
Gold & +1
up to Alibi +1
All Fiver channels
FX
All Discovery Channels
Sky Sport 1,2,4 and ESPN channels
Sky New, CNN
Asian Channels except Zee.

There was a total outage yesterday and now this. I assume this is server problem again.
I'm surprised no one else has come onto complain.

well hopefully it will be back on before the weekend footy and cricket. I know its free, but I did pay for the box and I don't mind paying a sub like in sat cs if it will help improve or prioritise server connection. I'm sure most people wouldn't mind paying a sub hey wetspot?

Problem isn't with the cs server, I'm losing channels on my subbed box too. It's a problem with VM.

 

What part of VM issue did you miss? Its a VM prob across the network some areas are having issues on certain TP's, nothing to do with your box, if the provider box is having probs, yours will to, if your paying for your sub from them, pick up the fone and complain thats why your paying them, if your not, then I suggest you sit tight until they fix the problems, as you have nothing to complain about

 

exactly same problem still none has comeback

 

turn the router and your box off and back on, they sprts I hear are coming back on in some areas

 

Anyone in the Watford areas box working?

Ive tried all suggestions but with no success.

Is it a VM issue or are the Krypview boxes done for.

The last time I used mine was Tuesday night 01/03.

Everything is working fine again with VM, and KV boxes are still up. Have you tried factory settings and rescan? Check your cables too, might be something as silly as your network cable being loose.

Are your FTA channels working?

 

Had done all as suggested then left the box off for an extended period of time and now it appears to be working thanks
