hi,not been on here for a while,just wondered if anyone can help,i got my first kryptview 780 over a year ago,read on here how to put firmware on everything ok,just tried to do a mates today ,but after i flashed it it kept counting from 1 to 255 on front screen ,so had read through forum and someone had said program was to old,so tried 09092010 bin,and now the box is just stuck on ok any help would be greatful thanks bruce

yep old firmware wont work or have the s/w update on it ,the 24042011 does and as said update it to the newer one online,when that is done you have to factory reset and rescan as per the usual.
