e45 i reflashed the box with the a780 at the bottom of your post.
    09/09/2010 Kryptview a780 pv3.6.00
    v3.0.0
still the same just the FTA channels all the rest it says on the screen scrambled or no video,i have done a factory default on this box umteen times in the past 4 months never had any problems.

one other thing the day my Krypvu went down NTL was working on their box at the top of the sreet dont know if this has made any difference as my mates starview worked in my house off the same set up.

    MENU--OPTIONS--NETWORK--NET APPLICATION--select Ustream
    MENU--ACCESSORY--8989--EMU--KEY EDIT--turn auto updates ON
    MENU--OPTIONS--NETWORK--IP SETUP--set to AUTO
Reboot router & box if necessary

Hi. Im using the old feed that i was using perfect with my old eurovox. Problem is, Ive followed all the instructions to the word but when i start auo search, It hets to 7 Already exists then goes straight to a channel search and doesnt find anything. I cant even find freeview channels, it finds absoloutely nothing. Im in the oldham are near manchester/ashton-u-lyne. Ive got all the latest firmware. T~~#k Ta#k broadband. Please help me. All connected properly direct from outside feed. Signal strength 77 but quality 0 and jumps up and down every so often. TP set to 6.887. Is there something wrong im doing? Also ive tried N#L And ex CW. Thanks

Sounds to me like you have a cable problem you have been cut off if you have no quality thats the reason is scans and find nothing not even freeview

Some things to try initially are,

Check your Internet connection has not gone down.
If it is OK check all of your connections are snug and an ethernet connector has not popped halfway out etc.
Switch box off and on with the switch at the back.
    Update Firmware.
    Factory reset the box.

as above, but turn the router off and then on, turn the box off and on, check your providers website for any outages in the area (work being done, faults etc) before you start flashing or resetting the box, could be a simple thing like the above or as jodav said a cable loose on the router.
