ok disconnect the broadband from the box

Do a factory reset on the box menu installation factory default

turn the box off at the back for 30 seconds

turn back on do a new scan on the box when finished connect the broadband from your router to the box again

do you have another cable box in your house ??

and are you 100% sure you are N3 ??

can you view the bbc channels ?

try rebooting your router and see will that help

are you using a cross over ethernet cable or straight thru try another ethernet cable

Aye prorbably right though most folk seeem to think kryps servers are better.

More of a direct question to anwitt who got the 780 and still only got free chans in Glasgow area. Also hoping for further clarity on longevity of these new solutionsa anf only got a year in totalout of last two boxes I got as first was a clone :(

In this tut where does it mention connecting to anything over the internet, i.e. so you put the krypt into a router via ethernet cable, but then what is this box connecting to. I assume the ip of the cs server is coded into the firmware?
