    Just a wee update everyone im not 100% sure but I think kv is no more the last few days most channels have been off with message on screen say no or bad signal just tried doing a factory reset and only picked up ch 1 to 5 and just the hd chs.anyone else having the same problems???

    odd channel missing but thats expected but others ok

    update vm are having probs with bb and tv service with lost channels

    a question, why is my ss1 so bad(glitching and picture shaking) its been like it for a week, would a rescan via direct feed solve it, i dont want to rescan if not needed.
    also there has been talk of vm reducing signal of non sub people if i removed my phone sub (if possible) and just had bb would that be affected.

    I have got the same problem in Liverpool. I have phone, internet and basic tv with vm. I will check my signal levels.

    Just checked.

    BBC 1 - Signal 82, Quality 79
    SS1 - Signal 82, Quality 0 (No or a bad signal)

    The signal seems okay, but not the quality, does anyone understand why ?

    check your service status in my vm.... my area has had probs with tv last 2 days

    when you say check your service status, sorry I don't know what you mean, please explain.

    on vm homepage there is a tab that says my vm click it, when page loads on right hand side there is a few options click check service status, then you will be asked for verification eg: vm phone number or email or something, then when that loads you will get your tv,broadband and phone service staus for your area, if there is a prob click on it and it will tell you what is wrong and an estimated time of when it will be fixed.

    It says Good Service for all 3 (Broadband, TV and phone), it looks as if there must be some other reason ?

    Thanks for your help.

    and just to add beaten, dont always go by the service status not always correct.
    its been on and off for a while now losing channels and glitchy , some areas have it others dont.

    YIP HEE, GOT ALL CHANNELS BACK, JUST DID A RE-SCAN, TO MY SURPRISE IT WORKED.

    can only be down to much traffic on their server? looks like you have everything covered unless you split the cable? upstairs to downstairs? dunno, looks flawless your end,<<<<<<<<<<<edit check virgin outage in your area
