laptop to tv

    i have a sony vaio laptop and it doesnt have the svideo connection...is there a wire that would allow me to connect the laptop to the tv using a usb port or a monitor connectin port (sorry dont remember the technical term for it)

    im guessing u have a sony vaio fs415b with intel grpahics media accelerator 900 shared with main memory?..or similar
