Latest Cable keys/Codes and "Fixes"

Right guys the other thread is getting hectic and also not upto date so i've started a new one.

Please do not ask me how to input the codes as i only have experience with my nokia Dbox2 with various images.

however i do know what all the latest codes are and here they are also here are the provider codes so you will know which code should work for you.
