@tali1, You are short on ram memory and have a lot of programs that can be stopped from running all of the time which will help you in the short run but adding more RAM will help you in the long run....
If you wish to stop some of these boot run programs to get you by until you can add more Ram, then do this:

Download HijackThis

Go -> Here to download HijackThis program

• Save HijackThis to your desktop.
• Right Click on Hijackthis and select "Run as Admin"
• Click on "Do A system scan and save a logfile" (if you do not see "Do A system scan and save a logfile" then click on main menu)
• copy and paste hijackthis report into the topic

I will check the start up programs and we can stop some of them from running. This will help with your small amount of RAM... Just a little temp fix.....

Here's my prognosis of your problems.....

From the info I can gather your computer is an older one with a dual core processor and only 2 GB of ram.
You have loaded an operating system (Win Pro) that requires much more ram and a better processor..
You are using 91% of your ram memory with no room to work in..

I don't know if adding more ram will solve all your problems or not.. It may be time to upgrade to a newer computer.

You don't have a lot of starting programs that can be stopped from running all the time but here are a few that may help a little bit.
