Laughter lounge

I would like to suggest that we have a new area to go to that has nothing directly to do with computers or related questions.
Somewhere we can all go to chill out and have a laugh without feeling obliged to answer any questions or worrying about somebody complaining that we're not taking things seriously enough.
I realise we have 'safety valve' for letting off steam, but this would be for relaxing not screaming and shouting.
Joke telling, funny stories and taking the mickey would be the order of the day.
I did some research into this last night.
