Just be glad your vehicle doesn't run on bottled water. Bought a bottle of Perrier lately? That reminds me of one of my main bitches; the over all price increases without the cost of living increase in income to cover it. By the time a person gets a raise, the prices have escalated to an even higher level. The song is "The Working Man Blues". ;)

My "bitch" is that there are getting to be too many people pimping their own tutorials/guides.

I'm not putting the guides, themselves, down....just the fact that once these people make the guide, it is the answer to [bold]every[/bold] question. They stop reading what the person says and just say the dreaded, "Check the guide in my sig" or "Look at my guide on..."

I don't know, may be a personal issue or due to the fact that I don't have an almighty scripture of my own. Either way, just wanted to let that fly!

@arniebear....I know what you mean about the gas prices and the news reports that it will get worse ... I don't that we'll get much sympathy from our European friends on that particular bitch though!

I know what you mean european prices are higher, but then they are not as spread out as we are. I am too old to bike my way 958 miles, lol. Wish I could though.

Well if I had to pedal it, I would have to drag several of those pull carriers behind me. One for my wife and one for the two grandkids I am taking with me and then one for the luggage and the batteries needed to run all the kids dvd players and game boy. Might as well label myself as a train.

Strangely enough, passenger trains still run in the US. Problem is they no longer stop in a lot of towns, just major cities in most cases or on major travel routes.

Oddly enough, working on the railroad, I would find another way to travel besides rail. It has nothing to do with riding on a train for a living.

I agree with you.. have seen a lot of that. Some think that once they have made a guide that they can just keep linking to it and avoid the actual question, which is - more often than not - a somewhat different query to what the tutorial caters for.

Seems the guides are being pimped by acolytes as well as the authors. Some of those guides disagree with the settings suggested by the software's author. Once the guide is offsite, it isn't open for discussion among forum members. Much the reason help isn't to be done by PMs; no input to catch errors and no one is infallible.

@tocool4u ... sorry, I thought you'd know the reference ... "delaware avenue" is the ol' "red light district" LOL! Another section referred to as K&A (kensington and aramingo) is the street walking version of the worlds oldest profession...delaware avenue comes with booze and entertainment. Listen to me...telling you about the city's seedier side LOL!
