    Oh, I see, nice :-D

    I use 2 comps, one for downloading/seeding and surfing and one for burning, both on XP HE, used to have a laptop too (XP Corp) untill the screen light burned out (costs £200 to replace), so thats going in the scrap heap, will buy another and install Mandriva on it, I'm very new to Linux :p

    Lol, Thanks for suggesting it to me Creaky :-D

    It's so simple to use and if its reliable as its supposed to be, I'll be in love, I've had enough with Windows, years of trouble shooting with it..

    Hopefully, Mandriva will save me a lot of stress :)

    What is the BenQ hall of fame? Would be neat to have a thread where people post their artwork....photos, photoshop magic, drawings and paintings (my hobby) etc. Has anyone ever tried it? Would be diffucult to get something like that off the ground without multiposting and letting people know its there.

    Edit: still can't type for sh**!

    Just a thread where scan results are posted.

    =======

    I agree. Jan needs to be a MOD. Should we start a petition? Maybe a Safety Valve thread as a call for her?

    @Ireland...neat! I'll start one and see where it goes! Do you think it should be here in the safety valve? I've got a whole bunch on disc which I'll have to crop and size: had them done on my old hard drive which died ... this time I'll have the sense to save the finished product and not what I started with!

    I'm anxious to post an oil I did of my friends black cat ... well, the cats face. I'm working on a style of painting meant to be viewed at a distance rather than up close ... not brain surgery, one merely upscales something small (like the face of a cat) rather than downscale something large (like a landscape). The result is a painting that really catches the eye at its fullest 20-30-40 feet away; downside is that sometimes it falls apart if you get too close but only sometimes ... I'm trying to work out that kink. I'll try to start a thread soon. I'm sure you've got some awesome stuff!
