I think it would be hard to prove unless you saved the contents of your stomach as evidence. LOL

Make some money off those guys! Try for 10k atleast! lol jk

But I know where you're coming from. I got food poisoning at the local Ponderosa a few years back. That place got closed a month later. Constant runs and horrible stomach pain :( It's not fun.

Get well aabbccdd, sorry you're ailing. I would doubt that you could get any money. Just depends on how much the company pays for the lawsuit and bad publicity to go away. You could cause some problems by reporting what happened to the health department. Might prevent some other soul of the same fate. Immodium rules!

you can sue them as ye havw a hospital report and ye can make them pay ye medical bills..get your self a attorney..

it happen to my son,all medical bills were paid..and he got $10000 to settle out of court..

I really don't think you should sue them because you really won't make that much. If you sue them for say 10K you def won't get 10K. YOu have to pay for every single thing to prove your case. You even have to pay for every paper that has to get signed and papers that have to get copied. I would only sue if you know you can win and if its for a lengthy amount. A friend of mine's daughter died at the hosptital and are currentley going through battle and shes suing for 10 mill I think. She already spent 4 or 5K on just going o court with all of the stuff.....She will win most likely and the lawyers will get like 40% of the profit she will get.....

all i want them to do is pay the deductible on my insurance bill. i had a cat scan and a ER bill. even though the insurance will pay 80% i have to come up with the 20% which will probably run 600 or 700 dollar. thats the least they can do is to pickup the deductible.I'm not the suing type. just want them to do the right thing

I didn't mean it that way...I was just being sarcastic. :D It's not like we aren't paying we are still paying...and the taxes where I live are highest in the state ......Sorry if I offended anyone as some people could take it the wrong way..... I edited my post for those reasons
