Hi,I just bought a LG 47LE5300 LED TV
It has a built in media player so i can connect my stand alone HD and it plays my movies even 1080p.Its my first led tv and i love it. The problem is a lot of the hd movies i down load have DTS sound and it dose not support DTS so i only get picture on those movies..... IS there anything i can do to fix this ?

I have the same problem with my Sammy Plasma. I was able to output the DTS sound from the TV to my Receive via digital optical audio cable.

IF you don't have a receiver for audio, you can try the long and tedious way and convert the file. I'm not too sure of good programs that will keep the quality and just convert the audio to lets say AC3 format. Hopefully someone else here can recommend one.

    Hello!

What did you do output DTS sound via optical cable? I have a receiver hooked up to the TV but NO DTS track coming thru. Did you change any settings?
