    u dont really need the unlock code i had a black razr v3 from cingular and i changed it to t mobile just by changing the firm ware so first look for your phone and see if thery have any firmware

    Flash patched firmware in phone
    After it is finished, open phone with original sim card.
    Phone must be connected with charger or usb cable.
    Go in Tools - Converter
    In few second, remove battery and change sim.
