I have Windows 2000 Professional and have Nero burning software. I recently bought a LITE-ON LTR-40125S 40X12X48X burner. Windows 2000 installed the drivers without a problem, but I am unable to burn any CD's. It will read CD's fine and will go through NERO like it is burning to the disk but when i try the disk It always comes up as an invalid disk or like there is no disk in a drive. What can I do?
hello, yes i had that problem. 1.log on as an administrator and see if it works. If so then go to the nero site and download a utility called burnright which will allow w2k to assign others to burn. 2. go into the utilities(toolkit) of nero and set your burner's parameters (cd speed) best regards
