    Hi,

I have ripped some movies using DVD Shrink and I have them on the hard drive of my laptop. I do not have a DVD burner on my laptop....just a CD burner.

How do I transfer these files to the HDD so that Liteon 5045 recognises the movie and is able to burn it on to a DVD+R? Do I use a CD-R (or RW) to transfer the files? Do I need to rename any files?

If anyone has done this and can provide a step-by-step guide, it will be useful

    Cheers.

    Hi anilph7

The Liteon 5045 only copies DVD's to teh hard drive via reading the disk first.

You'll have to get the movies on disk before you can use the dvd recorder to make mutliple copies
