Im almost positive OEM version's dont include Recode2. I could be wrong but all the OEM version that I have recived as my DVD burrning software that came with the DVD Burrner never had Recode2 with it. When it did have it, it was disabled with an option to upgrade to Ultra edition when I clicked on it.

If your OEM version has recode2 it should be listed in your Nero shortcut under Programs. I had 1 version that had Nero Recode2 but was not listed in the Programs shortcut. I had to go into the C:/Program Files/Nero folder to find it. Even then it was disabled for the OEM version.

Nah, my screen doesn't look like that, i did see the words "Nero Recode" somewhere on one of my menus, it probably was in the help manual(oops).
I'd like that recode thing, but I'm still learning to use this Suite 3 oem version now, I'm catching it now. Thanks guy for the rapid responce though!!! I'll continue to browse this program to learn more. Its a good one!!
