Okay I don't know how I did it but now I would like to undo it.

What I did was somehow lock my usb sd drive. I can read from it but cannot write to or format it. I'm at my witts end, anyone have any possible answers/solutions?

    What brand/model is it.

Does it have a little switch on the side to write protect?

The drive is 7-in-1 (Super Panel).

There is no lock on the drive and it doesn't matter what SD/MMC card I put it in. The drive just keeps telling me that it is write protected, even when nothing is in the SD drive. All the others (CF, MS, SM, USB and Firewire drives/ports) work fine.

Have you installed anything recently for the Card Reader? like software for it ?

Ive never had this problem before, and cant think of a quick solution.

Thats cool... I just want to throw the damn thing through a window now. I've tried unplugging, ejecting and installing new drivers.
