I have a "old" logitech cordless keyboard and mouse.
I had a problem with my mouse (batt. diddn't hold out for more than a week) and I mailed support and I got really good help from them with tips to find out what the problem was and stuff.....maybe something for you to try.

having said that I would start looking at your keyboard settings (control panel => Keyboard)
there is also the option of securing your keyboard (maybe that will work).

BUT the first thing I would do is plug it on a different computer and try.
