A work colleagues son was 100yds away from the bus when it blew up, he & his friends, instinctively dived, but then he looked up & got some shrapnel damage. He's OK.

There are a lot of people who will not be going home due to someones' selfishness & lack of compassion. What happened is beyond belief & words.

My thoughts are with all the friends & families of the souls caught up in this appalling event.

    love to all

i live in the other end of the country (SCOTLAND) and heard Tony Blair on the news today saying that the attacks were ment to co-responde with the G8 summit, but if that is true, Bin Laden must be turning totaly stupid (not that he wasn't already) on the dust from the cave he is living in, cos the G8 is in Edinburgh (however u spell it) not in London, so why attack London and not Edinburgh, f*cking moron he is (Bin Laden)

my thoughts are also with the friends and families of the victims, [bold]IF[/bold] i prayed i would pray 4 them.

well the reason he did not attack [bold]Gleneagles[/bold]...was because it does not have 278 train stops as london has!!!

yeah, in gleneagles there was normal police and riot police comming in the chinquock helicopters(whatever they are called), london just had its every day police until the bombs went off, but if they were in gleneagles, london would just have normal every day police whilst gleneagles had normal police, riot police, bomb squad and the police that come when a bomb goes off, so them another bomb goes off and kills way more than 40 or whatever the deathtoll is now.

A very cowardly act indeed, my sympathies to the victims and torn apart families.

Well the UK. won't bow to terrerisom like Spain did .Blair will do the right thing and stand up to evil and combat it.Like the US is doing. They will never win in the end there plain and simply cowards and all need to be killed before they can kill anybody else.

I have to disagree with you there aabbccdd, Spain did not bow down to terrorism they pulled out of a unjustified and illegal war, many many people in the UK fell that going to war was not the right thing to do and using terrorism was just an excuse to invade Iraq but after the horrible events in London that more than likely will have changed. Of course terrorists are cowards that should be stopped but isn’t saying they should be killed a bit strong, I would rather see them locked away for the rest of there life’s rather than given them the easy option of death.

Killing people whoever they are is just not right in my book.

I also blame immigration. They let too many worthless people into this country. It's a joke.

this is just one of the reasons why i won't get a job in London. There's few words i could find to describe what i think of a human being that can destroy their own life along with many innocent others, or for people that just plant bombs/chemicals/whatever to kill innocent people, never mind those that have the nerve to justify it for religion or whatever bull**** excuse they have for being substandard human beings.

condolences too all the victims families and friends .
our beliefs on why this happened are wide and varied ,and why london .we'll that too me is obvious. the symbolism of london ,capital city of england and the seat of power of the uk . Obviously terror tactics very rarely target anything other than the unprotected innocent civillian . This could just as easily have been any city in the uk glasgow, edinburgh, stirling ,manchester ,birmingham cardiff you name the city or town .not only the uk all of the western world are legitimate targets to these fanatics .can we ever second guess where is next ,( Bali )why there, doesn't really go along with the big Iraq theory does it .make no mistake this won't be the last time condolences are said for victims of terrorism. so what can we do, i don't know but burying our heads in the sand and hoping it goes away ,that won't work that just makes us even easier targets.
most of our forefathers fought too keep our way of life ,we have to protect our way of life for our children .we can not let terrorism win.

Police in Birmingham have told people to evacuate the City Center. Wheter this is related to the London bomings or not remains to be seen.
