just from doing a few minutes of research I have taken notice to Panasonic Pro AG-DVX and Sony HDR Fx1. Any opinions on these cameras? Or are there any others I should consider? Bottom line is I want to get the best possible camera that 4 grand (or less, preferably) can get.
oh, and I should probably give a little details about what I am looking for. I want the camera to be great all around, but its first and primary purpose it for a horror/musical/comedy that I am gearing up to film. The movie will have some night shots, that I want to look nice. But the main thing I am looking for is a cinematic feel. I want the colors to be brilliant and the picture to be very crisp.
