i have a eurovox max V do i need to download soft ware i have a nine pin null modem cable where do i go from here

Hi have a Eurovox EX1000SL. I have the latest firmware (as far as I know) dated 24/02/2009. I have lost all these channels too. When I go to E4, for example, the message "Scrambled Channel" appears on an otherwise blackscreen.

 

My cousin, who has the same box, has exactly the same problem. So this appears to be something quite widespread. We both live in Glasgow, by the way.

 

rescan and look under bic channels

 

they are there just moved to a different freq but may be called something else only one i can,t find is british eurosport so going to try a rescan
