Loses mp3 tags when converting?

    When I use the encode audio files option with Nero 6 (6.6.0.18) windows sees the Band and song titles but after conversion it loses all the information and turns to Track 1, 2, etc. Am I doing something wrong? Any way to re-tag these tracks?
