I'm running a soundblaster audio card and when I play DVD's, I loose the sound after about 5min's. I know it's not the speaker system. Do I have to flip a switch someplace? I'm running windows media 9. This also happened with "WINDVD" which makes me think the soundcard. Any suggestions????

Is it possible that you don't have a full, legaly licensed version of WinDVD? It could be a trial-version related restriction.ยด

Do you have your settings set to "5.1" or "Quadraphonic" or something fancy like that but only have 2 speakers plugged in? :)
