Lost extra channels think I need a firmware upgrade

Hi there, I have a Eurovox box and everything was working fine up until a few months ago when the "Extra" channels dissappeared.

Normally it does a Updating code and away we go but this time it just sat there and never updates.

I have S/W 1.0 STC4 March 15 2007 H/W 2.0 Same date.

Bootstrap is V002

Anybody got any ideas how to resolve this little predicament

do a factory reset and re flash!

Thanks for this, I did manage to find the updated flash and I have done an upgrade and also reset to factory defaults - did a rescan and all is well.
