lost volume on all channels

can anyone help! come home today and the volume as gone on all my channels,
has any one got any ideas

have you checked the obvious things like making sure all the wires are in properly and that you have not accidently turned the volume right down on you box?

 

thanks for that ivorgigun, i have tried that and also turned the box off and still no volume!
As virgin media been having any problems

 

have you got eurovox? if so try this go on to menu, config, tv settings then make sure it looks like this

tv mode: PAL

video output: RGB

SPDIF OUTPUT: on

UHF mode: PAL 1

let me know if this works mate as the same thing happened to me and when i messed around with the tv settings i got it right and this seems to make it work

 

Have u accidently pressed the mute button?

HI there ivorbigun, No i have a starview box. I have fixed the problem my fieance had been messing with the tv and pulled out the scart lead,Im just stupid and should of check it first
