i Have these small polk audio speakers for my pc. on my pc they are very quiet, even when all of the settings are up all the way. is there software for optimizing its performance? just how do i make them louder?
You can edit your drivers to output more, but it can cause problems. Plus some speakers are only meant for a certain range of dbs
i used thes speakers on two different pcs. one was loud!. and the other one was really quit. Edit: went to control panel and moved everything up and it only went up a little bit, is that what you meant?
It matters on the sound card you are using, some get louder then others, that why on the other PC it got louder As for editing the drivers, its hard and could damage the (sound)card You could also try picking up volume control things at your local Radioshack
