I need serious help!! My hard drive is 18Gbs and I usually have 10GB free. But lately there is only 6GBs free. I don't know what is taking up so much space. I have been transcoding movies with nero and I delete the movie after I watch it. I don't have any music saved on the computer. I need to know how to find out what this is that is taking up so much space. Any help is great!

wipe everything clean, like your disc and then wipe your registry. Do a disc defragment and check back soon letting me (and anyone else) know if it helped.

Check your private messages. CCLeaner is a geat way to keep your system clean. It wont free up 4GB that you seem to be missing, that is about the size of 1 movie, maybe you forgot and have something that wasnt deleted. just tossing out some guesses

go thru all your folders to see what is not to be there. i have a customer with 40gig hd that had only 4meg free. found she had a hotbar folder full of shoppers reports of 37.5gig worth. deleted that folder to get the space back.
