hi i am kinda new with this.. i followed all the steps carefully.. but when i switch my DSlite on, its just a black screen with the m3real logo at the bottom right.. does anyone know why??? what am i supposed to do?

Well I am glad it's not the M3real, I suggest you buy a triwing screwdriver, open up your DS and clean the B button and check the cicuitboard for faults. WARNING! THIS VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY. Or send it to nintendo for a fix.

Hi there, does anybody know of a good programme for removing DRM? I have tried Tunebite but it half installs then requires up-garde and payment before trying the software. Free software would be prefferable? Many thanks in advance.
Going to try out the new M3Sakura on my 8gb Sd Card, thanks for link. Another query. I have the M3 Real Card which I use the G6/M3DS software on 3.7c Can this software be used on any flash card or only M3 Real? If the latter then does each and every different flash card have their own unique software? Doesn't the R4/5 use the same software? Curious because I was looking to get another flash cart for another DS without the extras and the Supercard DS-One really caught my eye, gets great reviews and reasonably priced.
Well yes each and every flashcard has it's own firmware and they cannot be used on other cards. If you buy a supercard you will need to download supercard firmware in order to use it, and M3Real fiwmware will not work on supercard. There are exceptions and they are M3Simply and R4DS are both almost exactly the same and the firmware is almost the same but wont work on each other due to a very slight hardware change whereas the M3Real and G6Real use the same firmware. Long story short is that your supercard will function totally different to an M3Real and you won't be able to use your M3Real firmware on it. By the way the M3Sakura is excellent.

Hi im new here and new to the ds and m3 real thing. Anyways just wondered if someone can solve my problem. I got a m3ds real from consoleup and a 2 gig sd card put the up to date system folder on it and the roms to and poped it in my dads ds and it worked perfectly. So on this i got 2 more m3 reals from consoleup for my sister and my dad and thought i would get myself a 8 gig card and them 4 gig cards, Anyways everything came i did exactly what i had done with the other card and poped it in the ds expectin to play loads of games and nothing. The 4 and 8 gig load as normal but when i click on the nds folder it ether comes up empty or will only display 1 game which is cooking mama2. I thought it might be a prob with the m3 card but they all work fine with the 2 gig card but all do the same with the 4 and 8 gig ones. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution, Also could it be cause im usung an origional ds and not the ds lite. Thanks in advance for any help.
The folder NDS can only show 120 roms maximum... anymore and it won't work. Make two folder , one name NDS1 and one named NDS2 or something to similar effect, and enter the rom menu and press start, select the folder which has the games you wish to play and it should show them. If you need to play games from the other folder just press start at the rom menu and select it. Just remember that there should be no more than 120 games, and to be safe I would only put about forty games in each folder. Make sure the card was formatted to FAT or FAT32. All of this has been mentioned before in this thread and I think you should have tried these methods before! but you probably haven't read it have you?... You should have done to stop the same imformation being repeated to help you. Also don't abbreviate problem to 'prob', usung is actually spelt using, expecting is spelt with a 'g', every I reffering to yourself should be a capital and popped has two ps.
i actually only have 27 roms in all and it still does'nt work i wondered if its cause of the 4 gig card not reeding in the origional ds but there supposed to work on all machines so no idea whats happening to be honest yes i did read the thread and tried the methods suggested and thats why i posted asking for help theres no need to be harsh on me for trying to figure this out.
Sorry, I was a bit too harsh. Have you tried formatting you SD card? You are right that it should run HC SD cards. 27 games should pose no problem so I suggest you backup what's on the card, format to FAT and then put the games back on. If that does not work then go to the site I mentioned before and use the M3Sakura english mod. firmware because it truly is a great file system. What's the easiest method of backing up a save from an original NDS Cart. I'd like to keep my save game on Brain Training and transfer it over to my M3 Real but unsure. I've looked around but it seems like I need a slot 2 device to boot m3 or something. Basically I'm clueless. I have slot 1 M3 Real Slot 2 GBA Slot 2 Rumble Is there anyway to do it?
You can by perfectly legal backup tools from places like asda. Action replay have made one or two and I bought the DUO which is a slot-2 and it didn't work very well. I reccommend XPloders bakcup device because you put the USB into the usb port and then put the Cartridge in a hole at the other end of the USB port so it isn't a slot-2. It doesn't even need a DS because it's straight into the computer. It's called cheat saves... they trick people into thinking it's a cheat device rather than a backup medium and sell it in places like argos where you have like ten word descriptions.
